Your questions, answered

A little clarity
can go a long way.

What does TMS treatment involve?

A device delivers magnetic pulses through a coil positioned near your head while you remain awake. The clinician will explain the proposed protocol, possible side effects, and treatment schedule before you begin.

How do I know if I’m a candidate?

Eligibility depends on your diagnosis, previous treatments, medical history, and device-specific safety requirements. An individual evaluation is the next step.

Will my insurance cover treatment?

We accept most PPO plans and Medi-Cal. Coverage depends on your specific plan, diagnosis, and authorization requirements. The team will verify benefits and communicate any potential out-of-pocket costs before scheduling treatment.

Can I start with a phone consultation?

Yes. We offer phone consultations with one of our patient care coordinators to answer any questions you may have. We will also conduct a pre-screening assessment during this call to ensure you meet the initial criteria to be formally evaluated by our psychiatry team. Contact the team to arrange a time.
